I manage the Production Department. Production is the first step in obtaining all of the necessary information to prepare your file for exam.I also complete final policies which is the last step of your transaction.

I have been working in the title industry since 1984 and became an examiner in 1987. I have experience with abstracting, recording and working in final policy. The balance of my years in title insurance has been as a contract examiner and working for Custom Title Services, LLC.

I am the closing coordinator. I have worked in the title field since 1995. My duties vary from scheduling your closing to ordering the payoffs of existing mortgages and obtaining your closing package from your lender.

I have been in the title industry since 1982. As the abstractor, I go to the county courthouses to research the history of your land.
